**How Scammers Operate:**
1. **The Bait:** Scammers post YouTube videos, TikTok content, and Discord messages claiming "FREE ROBUX WORKING 2026!" with fake proof. Sites look professional and promise instant Robux.
2. **Enter Username:** The fake generator asks for your Roblox username and desired Robux amount. It shows convincing "generating" animations. Some even display "Robux Added!" messages—all completely fake.
3. **"Human Verification" Trap:** Before "claiming" fake Robux, you must complete "verification"—downloading apps, completing surveys, or entering personal info. Each action generates money for scammers.
4. **The Theft:** You never receive Robux. Instead:
- Your Roblox account gets stolen and sold
- Malware/keyloggers get installed on your device
- Personal data gets harvested and sold
- You're signed up for paid subscriptions without consent
